FREE EXTENDED DAY 8am to 6 pm!!!

Campers make projects on the potter’s wheel daily - plus learn how to build uniquely themed 3D clay sculptures, create canvas paintings, and explore of other forms of art!

Discovery Camps Price: Members $337.98 per camper | Non-Members $375.32 per camper
Leu Gardens Discovery Camp features at least five take-home art projects including three clay pieces from Super Awesome Cool Pottery and at least two other art projects based on the weekly theme!

2026 Summer Camp Weekly Themes

• June 1 - 5 | Rodeo: From rodeo clowns to bull riding and bucking broncos we will explore all the thrills of the rodeo through clay sculpture building and canvas painting!

• June 8 - 12 | Hollywood Movies: Clay, Canvas . . . Action! Come and create great movie icons with us.

• June 15 - 19 | Outdoor Adventure: Join us for an artistic adventure sculpting and painting great outdoor activities.

• June 22 - 26 | Oceans: Have a whale of time with us exploring the wonders underwater with clay sculpting and canvas painting! 

• June 29 - Jul 3 | Safari: Creatively we will go down to the watering hole together and make unique clay animal sculptures and cool canvas paintings.

• July 6 -  10 | Hawaiian Sun: Surfs up, sunsets are spectacular and coconuts are plentiful! Take an artistic trip with us to the island using clay and canvas painting to create what is special under the Hawaiian Sun.

• July 13 - 17 | Gardening: Dig clay building and painting? Grow your artistic skills as we explore all the fun of gardening!

• July 20 - 24 | Prehistoric Past: Explore extinct creatures and prehistoric human artifacts such as cave paintings! Create dinosaurs and more with clay sculpting and canvas painting.

• July 27 - July 31 | Lil’ Gems in Nature: Look closely and learn how to recreate the little gems we find in nature! From mushrooms to shark teeth and butterflies to bunnies, your sculptures and paintings will show the small delights of mother nature.

• August 3 - 7 | Rainforest: Come with us under the lush green canopy to create fantastic animals and plants through clay sculpting and canvas painting.

• August 10 | Our one day camp will explore Architecture and campers will create their own clay sculpture building plus choose from different pre-sketched canvases to paint. Includes a critter encounter plus painting their own monuments on a mug!
